Both coaching packages come with the guarantee that I will continue to work with you, free of charge, untill we are both satisfied with your career plan. These packages can also be delivered to small groups of up to four participants for a discounted price. BECOME AN ICS COACH
Certified ICS Coaches are trained to deliver the 6 session ICS Coaching Program. Certification begins with 4 - 3 hour sessions, and is completed when both parties agree that the individual is prepared to deliver the coaching program. ICS Coaches who wish to deliver the ICS workshop are required to complete the 5 Day ICS Practitioner Course. The fee paid for coaching is deducted from the fee for the practitioner course. DELIVERY
Coaching sessions for both Career and Wisdom Development are held primarily online via Skype. Other methods such as Zoom and phone are used also. I have known Steve and his work for about 15 years. PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
PEAT SESSIONS It has become apparent to me that, in order to thrive in today's work-world, emotional and mental fitness is becoming paramount. This means taking personal development to another level. To this effect I have been studying and learning the methods of Zivorad Slavinsky who has developed a number of simple and amazingly effective techniques (PEAT - Primordial Energy Activation and Transcendence) to help us remove negative emotional charges and mental plaque that stop us from functioning at optimal levels. For the past year I have been providing these sessions to my clients with truly remarkable results. A one hour session often removes two or three limiting beliefs, personal traumas, and emotional charges leading to a life free of the traumas of the past and the 'shoulds' of the future.
