I deliver a six module online coaching program. Cost is $1200. Each session runs from 60 -90 minutes, there is some work to do between sessions which are usually a week apart. I facilitate ICS public and practitioner certification workshops at Brentwood Bay Resort, Victoria BC. Each 3 day public workshop is followed by a 2 day Practitioner Certification Program. Attendance in both is mandatory for those wanting to become ICS Practitioners.

PRIVATE WORKSHOPS
We are also available to deliver the 5-day workshop whenever and wherever we can gather 6 or more people to do so. Whenever these arise we generally advertise them on this site and make them available to the general public.

ICS is delivered in a number of countries and languages, including French, Swedish, Dutch and Spanish. A list of websites for international partners is available on the home page. In British Columbia, Canada, ICS is available in many communities through WorkBC, usually free if you are eligible for their services. TO BECOME AN ICS COACH AND PRACTITIONER An ICS COACH is certified to deliver the 6-module coaching program one on one (or small groups of up to 4) An ICS PRACTITIONER is qualified to deliver both the coaching model and the workshop. ICS COACH CERTIFICATION Four 3-hour online sessions with Steve, cost $1500. Some coaching and or counselling background recommended but not always necessary. ICS Practitioners and Coaches purchase annual licenses that provide them with unlimited access to workbooks, coaching, workshop marketing materials and other support. Licensing fees differ slightly from region to region and are viewed as extremely reasonable in comparison to other programs. An agency (eg, an Employment Agency) may purchase the license provided it has certified coaches and/or practitioners to deliver the program. March 9-11 2019 November 19-21 Each workshop will be followed by a 2 day ICS Certification. Participation in the actual 3 day workshop is a prerequisite to the certification.
